Grips, new definition

Summary

Under modern level of development of Tennis technologies existing nomenclature of the grips indications creates determined difficulties in their identifications. This becomes particularly noticeable during the work with juniors and children. It’s necessary to explain them for a long time what a difference between Western grip and half-Western grip, between Eastern grip and half-Eastern grip. Besides several grips quite impossible to identify exactly. For example all extra-western grips mark as so-called extreme or pilot grips. By means of including two fixed lines – fixed line of wrist (FLW) and fixed line of the Racquet (FLR) – it becomes possible to identify strictly all grips, having ed them with the corner of tumbling FLW comparatively with FLR.
